Giant Poppy Seed Heads Workshop

Join us for this enjoyable and creative workshop and make not one but two beautiful giant poppy seed heads for your garden.

Working with the wonderfully versatile material that is willow, and using simple weaving techniques, you will learn how to make these fabulous treats for your garden, or home, if you prefer.

Your experienced tutor will guide you through the making process, to complete your giant poppy seed heads, each measuring approximately 140cm in length – they really are giant! This workshop is perfect for beginners, or indeed those who may have attended another of our willow workshops.

The workshop will run from 10.00am until 4.00pm, and will include a pause for a ploughman-style lunch. Your lunch and all the materials to make your two giant poppy seed heads will be provided, as will a workshop apron for you to wear during your day. Due to the nature of the workshop, we recommend wearing suitable clothing and closed toe footwear.

Places on this workshop are limited to 8.
